Manufacturing is the home ground. Since 2007, on and around the shop floor in aerospace, defence, regulated medical devices, manufacturing and industrial distribution - engineering and planning first, then Lean manufacturing management, then regulated quality and continuous improvement leadership, then commercial P&L ownership of a defence portfolio.
The work is forensic rather than theoretical: transaction-level analysis, root cause proven with evidence, then a fix that holds because the reporting and cadence around it are built at the same time. TransFormX Consultancy Limited was founded in September 2026 to carry that record into a single delivery vehicle, taking interim operations roles and defined recovery projects across UK industry.
