An operator first, a consultant second.

Manufacturing is the home ground. Since 2007, on and around the shop floor in defence, aerospace, regulated medical devices, precision manufacturing, FMCG (food and drink) and industrial distribution. Engineering and planning first, then Lean manufacturing management, then regulated quality and continuous improvement leadership, then commercial P&L ownership of a defence portfolio.
For a client, that means the person who diagnoses the problem is the person who fixes it with your team. The work is forensic rather than theoretical: transaction-level analysis, root cause proven with evidence, then a fix that holds because the reporting and cadence around it are built at the same time. The reports and data tools are built hands-on during the work and stay with the client team. TransFormX Consultancy Limited was founded in September 2026 to carry that record into a single delivery vehicle, taking interim operations roles and defined recovery projects in UK defence, aerospace, regulated medical devices, precision manufacturing, FMCG (food and drink) and industrial distribution.
Chartered in quality and in logistics
Two separate professional bodies have assessed the work against their own standards. That gives you something to check, rather than something to take on trust.

Chartered Quality Professional (CQP MCQI)
CQI · The Chartered Quality Institute

Chartered Fellow (FCILT)
CILT International · The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport
01
Independently assessed
The CQI assesses chartered applicants against its Profession Map. CILT requires senior-level experience and two referees. A grade awarded, not a claim made.
02
Bound by a code of conduct
Both publish a code of conduct. Anyone can lodge a complaint with the CQI, with sanctions up to expulsion. CILT breaches go to its Professional Conduct Committee.
03
Kept current
The CQI requires chartered members to record CPD and hold 3 active development objectives at all times. CILT’s code requires members to keep skills and knowledge current.
04
Quality and supply chain
The quality system and the supply chain are usually where a recovery is won or lost. Both are covered by one accountable lead.

What is the problem your team has stopped being able to solve?
Bring it as it is. Free, no obligation, and 30 minutes is usually enough to see what is actually happening. If there is a case for a diagnostic, you leave the call knowing its scope and the date of the next conversation.
No pitch and no deck. If it is not something I should take on, I will say so on the call and tell you who should.
Taking on new work now.
